If this option is selected, the windowed RMS of the data will be computed, and this will be overlaid on the raw data being plotted. Both the raw and the RMS data will be displayed. The RMS window width used can be selected under Application -> Options under the option Default RMS Window Width (sec). The real-time filter will introduce a signal delay equal to the RMS window width selected.
