Default Y-scale

Since a sensor may not exercise the full range of the hardware, a default Y-scale can be set for the sensor.  For example, some muscles have very low activity levels, or they may only be used in low-level contractions in a certain experiment.  Setting the default Y-scale will control the initial Y-zoom level for the sensor, and allow this low-level activity to be tracked.  Keep in mind, that data will not clip if it exceeds this default range, only if it exceeds the actual range of the hardware—which is typically plus or minus 5 millivolts for EMG sensors.
