Rate
The rate calculation is used to calculate the rate of events. First the threshold function is applied to the Data Series to determine the onset-cessation intervals. The onset time stamps are differentiated to get the instantaneous rate. Finally, the instantaneous rate is resampled using the specified resampling frequency and interpolation method.
