Template Matching - Multichannel
The Template Matching Multichannel calculation uses two channels to locate areas that match the given template. The template is either user specified by a start and stop time or automatically found by using the the Template Finder script. An auxiliary channel is specified by the user, from which a template is taken using the same template window. The input is correlated with the original template, and the auxiliary data channel is correlated with the template from the auxiliary channel. Thus two correlation data series are created (Input & Template, AuxChannel & AuxTemplate). The sum of the two correlation series is used to determine areas of matching.
