Type of Epoch Definition
Specify whether the epochs are defined using an existing data series or by the user.
Length of User Epoch (sec)
If User Defined Epochs, specify the length of the one epoch
Gap between User Epochs (sec)
If User Defined Epochs, specify the length of the gap between two epochs
Series Defining Epoch
If Series Defined Epochs, specify the data series to be used to define the epochs
Threshold Type
Specify which threshold type is to be used to threshold the Series Defining Epochs. Choose from Percent, Fixed, Baseline Estimation, or Peak Find thresholding.
Threshold Level
Specify the Threshold Level to be used for Percent or Fixed thresholding
Baseline Estimation: Threshold Level
Specify the Threshold level to be used for Baseline Estimation thresholding
Baseline Estimation: Window Length (sec)
Specify the window length to be used to calculate the baseline for Baseline Estimation thresholding
Baseline Estimation: Number of Windows
Specify the number of windows to be used to calculate the baseline for Baseline Estimation thresholding
Peak Find: Cycle Start (sec)
Specify the Cycle Start time to be used for Peak Find thresholding
Peak Find: Search Window Length (sec)
Specify the Search Window Length to be used for Peak Find thresholding
Peak Find: Peak Type
Specify whether the Threshold Search looks for maximums (peaks) or minimums (valleys).
Number of STARTING epochs to throw away
Specify how many leading epochs should be discarded before the rest of the calculation is performed.
Number of ENDING epochs to throw away
Specify how many trailing epochs should be discarded before the rest of the calculation is performed.
Remove Outlier Epochs
Specify whether to remove outlier epochs
RMS Input
Specify whether to RMS the input signal
RMS Window Length (sec)
Specify the window length to be used for the RMS calculation, if selected
Suppress Spikes and Gaps in Threshold Output
Specify whether to suppress spike and gaps in the output from the threshold operation
Suppression Time
Specify the suppression time to be used when suppressing spikes and gaps in the output from the threshold operation, if selected
Rectify Threshold Input
Specify whether to rectify the input signal
Low Pass Filter Threshold Input
Specify whether to apply a low pass filter to the input signal
Low Pass Filter Cutoff Frequency
Specify a frequency to be used as the low pass filter cutoff frequency, if selected.
